Journey Community Church, Milpitas, CA Mosaic Church, William and Benji Tahap had planted in Natomas, (Northern Sacramento) but felt God calling them to plant a new church in the San Jose area, the third largest city in California. They are commited to a Multisite strategy, with future sites in Fremont and Santa Clara as well as San Jose.

Living Hope Neighborhood Church, Richmond CA  Aaron and Sugar Roy  This was a rebirth of a congregation that had once been very vital, but restarted with 6 people who really wanted to see a new day of ministry in Richmond.  Aaron and Sugar were just the right match, and Living Hope thrives with two worship services, many transformed lives, and a great repuation and impact in the community. They hope to plant a Spanish speaking congregation and equip many more
Shawn and Laura Carpenter

Redeemer Church, Bakersfield CA Shawn and Laura Carpenter.  After Graduating from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte North Carolina,  Shawn and Laura came to Bakersfield CA, one of the fastest growing cities in California. Their neighborhood has become ground zero for a growing community of new Christ followers. They continue to connect with many new, spiritually people in their community who assimilate into their redeemed life groups, and experience transformed lives in Christ. 

Ricardo and Anna Garcia

R.O.C.C. (Restoration Outreach Christian Center) Fresno CA Ricardo and Anna Garcia. In the heart of Urban Fresno, in a high crime high poverty area, you will find God at work, miraculously  transforming lives and the community. Ricardo and Anna are deeply devoted to reaching their community, working with schools, families, recovery ministry and more. R.O.C.C. is one of the warmest, joyful, and welcoming churches in CPW.    
Jeremy and Elizabeth Rhodes

Fusion Church,  Chico CA Jeremy and Elizabeth Rhodes.  Chico is a college town on the edge of the Sierras with a resistance to mainstream Christianity. Add to it, that Jeremy and Elizabeth were a parachute drop without any significant contacts to start.  But they are resilient pioneers, and have gathered a group of people with a missional heart to reach Chico. Jeremy is very involved in the community and on campus.  

 
Martin and Janie Medina

Igesia Nuevo Pacto, Delano CA AND FBC Kingsburg Hispanic Congregation. Martin and Janie Medina. Martin and Janie planted Nuevo Pacto, a healthy vibrant Spansh speaking congregation in Delano, CA in the heart of the agriculture of the Central Valley.  At 3 years old, Nuevo Pacto and FBC Kingsburg are partnering with the Fresno/Central Valley Lead Team to plant a Hispanic congregation at FBC Kingsburg.  So Martin has a long Sunday schedule and divides his time between these 2 projects about 50 minutes apart from each other.    
Jason and Laura Helveston

CityChurch, Downtown San Jose  CA  Jason and Laura Helveston  CityChurch was planted by a team on the multi-site model.  Later, Jason and Chris became pastors of Willow Glen Baptist Church. They are in the process of becoming one church in two locations, with more campuses to come.  

Ron and Kimberly Johnson

Refuge Community Church, Moraga, CA  Ron and Kimberly Johnson   Refuge is located in a very affluent community, yet many are discovering that meaning, purpose, and true refuge is found in Jesus Christ. Refuge is a place of authenticity, community, truth, and service that is making a difference in lives and in the community! 

Luis and Lilia Floriano

Iglesia Gracia,  Tracy, CA Luis and Lillia Floriano  Grace Church in Tracy has long had a vision to reach the growing and receptive Spanish speaking population of their city.  When the Florianos came into their focus, they took and audatious step to bring Luis on staff to plant a spanish speaking congregation.  It has become an exciting ministry partnership of the two congregations to more effectively reach Tracy together!

Missio Dei, Santa Cruz, CA  Bobby and Rachel Marchessault  Misio Dei a community of faith in Santa Cruz County discovering and exploring what it looks like to live out Christian spirituality on a daily basis, in Communion with God, in Commuinty with one another, and on mission together.

Duboce Triangle, San Francisco, CA  Gordon and Leanne Wohlers   Gordon and Leanne have lived in San Francisco for about 4 years, and have developed some great relational connections in the neighborhood, following Christ's example: "The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood."  (John 1:14 the Message)
